The soft torque on the bottom is absolutely the mufflers.

^Crusher Mellows or Fullsac re-cores with the smallest baffle as mentioned previously, would be the direction I lean...

S&S Grand National's or MK45's, Jackpot Hi Roller or Outlaw's. Leave the secondary baffle inserts in place and that low RPM torque and response will increase significantly. If you were within driving distance I would test mufflers back to back for no charge for those watching to see.
