Assuming these are for the rear swing arm pivot, they are #36 in the Floorboard Assembly drawing. PN 67865-89. Kinda pricey at $18.99 each IMO.
I did some searching and affirmed that the plug that covers the headlight visor bolt on my FXE and the two that are used for the swingarm on my FLHT are one and the same. J&P lists it as their part 310-138 (67865-89 & 67830-59).
Found the plugs thru Dag specilaties (DS 138933). Got two for $19.
