Finally pulled the trigger on a 113" Ultima
That sucker is smooth and seems to have a lot of power. No suprise there. Still no leaks or weird engine noises so life is good.
Still had some popping through the carb, but the idle was up real high when was it was finally warmed up. I adjusted it again and it seems better.
Going to let it cool all day and put the rest of the first 100 on this evening. Change the oil tonite and try to get a couple of hundred tomorrow. It's supposed to be sunny and 60. <G>
Need to adjust new exhaust though. Not enough clearance when leaning right.
Here is the bike reassembled. Still need a heat shield and some bleche white for the tires, but that's my baby.

You may want to take a look at the setting for the accelerator adjustment, I know Mikuni says set it at 2 mm but on mine it seemed to work better adjusted a little closer, to where the lever almost touched causing the extra fuel to be sent to the carb sooner, which helps eliminate any temporary lean condition when you first hit the throttle.
