The side of the coil with the pink wire is the front cyl, blue is rear.

Have you ever reversed the wires? I can't find anything on the website about it. But, I guess they have them in a certain order for SOME reason......

With single fire ignition and reversed wires you will only be firing on the down stroke of the piston.

Effectively there is no way it will start.

I am betting you are right too. It sounded like it was not hitting at all when he was trying to start it on the video just like no spark. I have my fingers crossed.

Well, I guess I'll give it up for today. The long bolt (jack shaft) that goes from the primary to the starter was messed up, so I got one at the local dealer and it's too short. My bike has an aftermarket starter, so I'm going to have to contact the mfg and see if I can get one.

Already went to several local hardware places. SHEESH!

Default Got here back together

Fixed the starter, switched the plug wires, and nada, zilch zippo, same as before..

Squirted carb cleaner in.....zippo.

Checked compression. Both cylinders 75-80 psi. Is that good or bad?

I'm having a hard time remembering but I think the last time I checked mine they were about 120psi front and rear.

Double check your push rod adjustment. The only other thing coming to mind right now is a ring problem.

That's about what I have now, used to be 90, but now I get about that after getting my top end worked. I'm out of ideas what can be going on with your bike. It's not making any sense. Spark, fuel, at the right time in a compression chamber, nothing to it! It's s stumper.
