Help find Larry Weaver
Day 4 Continued-
As I look at these pics it breaks my heart that he'll never get to ride this road again...
...I hope you can tell from the photos that he thoroughly enjoyed riding a challenging road, and was good at it.
This was our last ride with him...
...it is sad beyond words, but I am happy for the time we had with him.
Headed back to The Hub.
Larry, we'll always see you on the road.

Larry's wife has asked us to do a Memorial Ride for him in the Smokeys, his favorite place to ride. We are planning on doing that next spring, and making an album for her. Anyone is welcome to ride with us, in his memory. As we get closer, more details will be posted in the thread at this LINK.

Once you tie, secure, threaten, or inhibit an individual from going somewhere and take away his movement against his free will, it's kidnapping.
Ask OJ about it sitting in a Nevada prison for the same crime (among others), when he busted in that Vegas room and said "nobody move...no one is going anywhere until I get my stuff.."

I've been following this story - what a terrible thing to happen to Larry. I love the pics, he seemed so happy, vibrant, full of life - I could go on. I hope the pos's who did this to him get life in prison or the death penalty.

Heavenly Father, We come before You this day, mourning the loss, of a friend, and a fellow biker, and a really great person. He was taken from us Lord, ripped from our presence by a senseless act of evil. An we are heartbroken, angry, frustrated, and simply don't understand how this world got so upside down, Jesus told us, "that in this world, we will have tribulation, but rejoice, I have overcome the world." Lord we stand here, as You have told us to do, STAND, not advance on our enemy, and do not retreat, for the battle is Yours, and victory is ours. This is our hope this day. We hold on by a thread, and our grip is getting weak. We so want this to be a bad dream, but we know it isn't. Larrys family is our first concern. We hold Mrs. Larry up, we hold the whole family up, and we hold them tight. we love on them, we weep for them, We want to do whatever we can for comfort, but it all seems so much like spiritual malpractice, because we feel so inadequate to really bring comfort. But we know that You can. You the inventor of comforting, You the inventor of our souls, and knows exactly what it is that will bring not only comfort, but healing, for all here. Lord, we pray as hard as we can for all of us left behind, to bring honor to Larry and his family. That his passing will not be forgotten, That it will not go to waste, and we know that You will have a way to bring some kind of good from this, that will bring Glory to You, and grace to all of us who stand in Your shadow, at Your feet, and Know that You have our hearts in the palm of Your hand. Please Lord, a double portion of Your spirit to Larrys family tonight. as we pray for Your mercy, and grace on such a sad day. In Jesus name we pray

Feel like I knew Larry at this point. I bet he would be really proud to know how much his friends have done; everything from the search for him to Kevin posting all the happy times pics so we could all come to know about his life. All of the Larry threads on the various forums are really an emotional experience. I think we could each only hope to have friends half as good as his friends have proven to be.

DK, thank you for the pictures!! Even though I never met him, it means much to see how he enjoyed life, his friends,and the ride. HarleyCharley, thank you again for the words of prayer, again, couldn't have done any better. Sincerest condolences to Larry' family, and to his riding family.Its all been said much better by others. we have all lost something in the loss of Larry Weaver.
