Question Black Engine Bolt Sets?

Does anyone know of someone who makes or carries complete black engine bolt sets that can replace the OEM ones?

You can always try Google and Ebay.

What year and model bike are you interested in?

There are black chrome kits available. Not necessarily "black" but look great nonetheless.

I went and bought all the stainless hardware that I needed and had them powered coated black. I will never do it again. I was a big pain in the *** to replace them all. Then I went and solved the bike. Live and learn.

I bought the drag specialties black chrome bolt kit for my Electra. It's a chrome kit coated with something to make it dark. They coat the threads too. Those bolts wouldn't thread in for anything. Then I had to helicoil the top trans cover after drilling the bolt out that snapped off. I don't recommend them. YMMV

I wouldn't want to see anyone have the trouble I did. I only got the side and top trans cover when I snapped a bolt. At that point I decided against them. $250 lesson learned....
