Tennessee a helmet law state is currently trying to pass legislation to repeal its law. However the restictions to do so are crazy.
$25,000 additional medical coverage
Minimum 2 yr motorcycle license
Have taken a motorcycle riding course (about $250)
Be at least 25yr old
Buy a $50 sticker
This is the price we will have to pay for the Freedom.
I have been to helmet less states and loved riding without. Can't afford to do this if this passes. The resoning is to offset the 1.1 mil projected to incrase trauma center expenses for head injuries to non helmentless riders.

- I know Ill get flamed, so here it is, Im so sick of none bikers and a few bikers who after my accident are asking me if Im going to start wearing a helmet! Why would I its my choice, isnt that whats its all about! For me its a personal thing I dont wear a helmet because I dont want too! Its my life, my skull, my bike,my freedom, isnt that what were all on are steel horses for! because we want to do what we want! And how we want todo it! We want the wind in are hair, and the bugs in are teeth! I dont tell cagers to wear there seat belts and buy cars that have crash bags. So please like the flag says ''DONT TREAD ON ME'' If Im really stupid respect my right to be! If you wear a full face helmet or a half and you think that after 70-80mph itll save your *** buy all means strap it on! Im all for ''you'' to wear your helmet. In fact do what ever you want as long as its lawful,and here in the Blue Grass it lawful to not were a helmet! SO DILLIGAF thats my little rant,thanks for listenin!

Makes sense to me.
I remember when I said I would never wear a helmet. I remember when I said who wants a damn windshield on their bike. I remember when I said I would never own a bike with saddle bags and foot boards.
Now I have a full face, a 3/4, and a half helmet. foot boards and two windshields.
I don't really have a point to make, jus sayin.

Interestingly, a souvenir shop owner in lake George NY told me dilligaf was his "invention". Had it on t shirts and all kinds of promo items including banners for the blues festival that used to happen every October.
