Does loading the new software remove any tunes that are saved on the power vision? When you say you dont need a pc to tune does this mean you can datalog and then calculate new tunes right on the power vision?

No, the tunes will remain intact on the PV when you load the software. If you choose to do the autotune on the PV it will ask for a slot to put the revised tune.

Thanks for the quick reply, that sounds great. The power vision just keeps getting better and better.

Now if we can only get it done in real time

(Know that's not really available because of the way PV works)

I'm thinking of going back to the FM tune that I started with and begin anew. How many times do you think I will have to autotune before the delta is less than 1%?

Once VEs are set, do you still use autotune to adjust spark advance or go you use the quick tune?

If this works as advertised it will greatly shorten the time it takes to presently tune. I think I understand the EGR concept as I used to use the TTS. Does the beta version automatically makes the adjustment or is it inactive at this point?

Do many questions but then again, discoveries are made through mistakes.

There is a new DOC file, 8-7-12 with a newer firmware.

No wonder my Wide Glide runs a little different. Check out the difference between the stock HD tune and the Custom Dynojet tune.

Been working with Dan at Dynojet to get mine to work and this is the latest version but it still won't work on my 06.
