I just received my PV2. I installed all of the software, updated all software and firmware. While installing the PV the screen got nicked ( the plastic cover). After connecting to the bike I was able to download a tune, and started setting up the gauges. I got part of the way through, and the touch screen stopped responding. I turn the bike off and back on, and the PV is still on the gauge setup screen and locked.
Also I thought the instructions said that the stock tune would be down loaded to the PV while installing a custom tune. I reconnected the PV to my computer and the stock tune was not listed. Any ideas?
Also does the on/off switch do anything? It does not respond to anything, short duration press, or a longer duration press......nothing. Thanks for any help.
Hi,
Contact Powervision to get instructions on how to re-boot the PV, happened to me as well all fixed
Man there is soo much info here, hard to sort thru! I recently installed a 107" with tw-555's, v&h big radius 2-2, SE Heavy Breather, and Power Vision (basic). I have the map Jamie from Fuel Moto sent me and I'm just doing some tweaking using the auto tunes which I have done 3 30 min runs and my changes are under 5% change.
I'm struggling with a little bit of surging and an intermittent popping sound at steady throttle in 2nd & 3rd gear @ RPM ranges 2000-3200. Is this from reversion from my pipes? The bike runs great everywhere else and accelerates crazy fast and I have zero decel popping. I have changed my 14.6 values in the areas it was happening to AFR is 13.8 and I thought that helped but it still does it a little bit. Should I try 13.5 or am I just starting to waste gas?
My other concern is my temp. My engine temp ranges from 240-290 and my front head temp ranges from 280-345, (temp outside being 75-85ish)! Is this normal range or should I be concerned, specially with a cylinders bored to 107"?! I think I might have some pinging going on once I hit over 280 on the ET, but haven't confirmed that yet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Does anybody have any suggestions on my pervious post? Sorry to bring this back like this, I have a trip coming up and want to be ready for.
I should also add, I have adjusted my AFR to open loop 14.0 and 13.7, and 13.5 with no better results. Also upped (+20% Higher and lower) my low and mid range of VE in Quick tune and that also did not help me.

sorry forgot to mention that we need the pvv file also.
Ok, attached is todays log session, there is 2 logs, the log006 has alot of steady speeds that it kept doing its surging type feeling.
Temp Outside = 76
Also attached is a pic of the Log Tuner which I have been trying to get to work. It sounds like a lot of people like to use it over AT but I also get this message. ??

Thank you for responding!
Bike is a 2010 Street Bob
107", TW-555's, V&H Big Radius, Heavy Breather
here is a GoPro video where you can just barely hear it...this was doing about 25-30mph @ steady throttle (7%) 33 kPa
