Anyone else have issues with the new firmware (PV_FIRMWARE-2.0.9-1439) on a 2013 or older bike?
One of the new features for the newer bikes was this
Trip Center (Instant MPG, Trip A/B) support for software level 614 and 617 (2014 and 2015 Touring Models respectively)
I loaded it and bike started throwing codes and would not display ave fuel economy and instant fuel economy was getting a P1010 Missing Password EFI error and a few other codes ( I think U codes) and bike would start then shut off.
Went back to an older version firmware the codes went away and have not come back
Any one know how to go back to the previous PV tune Data Base ?

I recently bought the pv1 and it worked just fine. Then i started having issues. I sent the unit in to dynojet and they verified unit and cable fine. Got it back and still having same issues. I can not auto tune is the biggest issue. Also, several inputs to the pv1 seem to be missing. I no longer have the Air/Fuel on my gauge display. I am also missing all trip center and fuel economy inputs. I also now get an occasional U1016 loss of serial data code that shows up. The bike is doing fine so it makes no sense. In thinking back, this may have all started when i re-routed the cable through the bank of the power center through the same hole as the ECM cable. I had to disconnect the ECM connector to do this. I had the run switch off and the ignition switch off but did not disconnect the battery. Is it possible I may have somehow damaged the ECM? I have checked all connections and all seem to be fine.
I really want to use the full potential of this tuner so any help would be appreciated.

2007 Dyna Super Glide Custom
you don't have a PCV on the bike by chance do you?
New PV owner here, just got it last week, and WAS loving it until I updated the firmware, now when I go into DATALOG my speedo and tach on the bike FREEZE, and renders them useless. The ONLY thing I can get to work on Datalog is ET, no gear indicator, no avg economy, no instant economy....
Weird..., note to self don't do firmware update on a weekend when nobody at FM or Dynajet available to assist.
