Just got my target tune it, test ran it, runs GRRREEEAT, now I wanted to find out how yall were routing the wires for the front 02 sensor on a 2009 up touring bike. I have a 15 limited and that connector is HUGE... I remember on my 09 the wiring was at the truss between the two down-tubes but ... well
I'll see what folks are doing, any suggestions, or images, would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Routed under the tank. I looked at routing along the downtube and underneath, too many places it could get against a hot pipe..
I never turn off AE and DE for any tuning. It is there to stablize the AFR on transitions. It is really easy to filter out when looking at the data if you want.

OK- I have to respectfully disagree on that, DE and AE will get in the way of proper tuning. I just got some info from DJ this morning, enabling the TT AT session automatically disables AE / DE functions- As I suspected it might, which is a good thing. It probably also disables PE and CTS functions but that's just a guess. After the auto tuning is done you'd typically go back and tune AE / DE as needed, manually in the tables. Not much different in general process than the older days of carb tuning.
Of note- I was also told it plain does not matter what the AFR target vales are set to for TT AT. I was told not to worry about setting any specific values for TT AT, use AFR map as is and it will tune VEs to meet those target values.
Now all I need is an add on that auto-tunes the spark advance tables to best MBT at every given AFR and load. hah!
A $100+ screw adjuster that replaces the IAC? Hmm..
It's not a good idea to run your Twin Cam idle that low with the stock oiling system. 900 is bare minimum and I'd keep it at least 925. I'd be really suspicious of any product that has a web page with such bad English. I couldn't understand half of what was written.
Nor is this device a "gas saver" as that page claims. Economy is controlled by VE / AFR targets, and your right wrist.
If you want an ol' skool Harley sounding idle, get an Evo or Knuck and cam it. TC's are a different motor.
You won't have 10psi at 220+ degrees ET idling in summer traffic. Not worth the risk IMO, and I don't run my Evo motor that low either (which has a kick *** S&S HVHP oil pump, baisley spring, etc). This has been gone over many times in many forums / threads, and any experienced engine builder worth their salt will tell you NO.
It's all fine and dandy until you scuff a piston or score a bearing journal. But hey it's your bike.

Where did you end up placing that HUGE connector? do you have any images? I had it intially routed in the wires bundle but if there is something better, I'm all for it.
