Man, I sure hope so. I don't see it leaking anywhere else on the cover though, but I don't know where else it would be coming from. I doubt it would splash upwards if it was coming out of that bolt. And it doesn't appear to be coming out of the hose whatever that is for.

I took the tubes from my breather bolts off and replaced them with longer tubes. They run into a T and then under the bike. I ride hard, but very little oil actually gets bypassed. Ive never been low on oil during an oil change.
