Seeing these prices makes me feel pretty great about the deal I got when I bought my 17 SGS back in November. I would call Tony @ Spacecoast Harley and see what he can do for you.
My trade: 2012 white heritage, stage II, led lights, abs, mustang seats, and a few more extras. They say book on trade for base 2012 heritage is 8500 to 9K. I am sleeping on a deal that would be my trade plus 13K (plus tags, tax. and basic fees.) on a 2017 Road Glide Special, Vivid Black. MSRP is 24K. Thoughts?
Ouch, 24k for a Street Glide? I never paid above 22k, my first street glide I paid 20k, second 21k and third 22k. Did they give you full retail trade value for your heritage? if so, that can explain why they are selling the SG for 24k....
Below is the invoice price for the SGS to use as as example. You should be able to walk in at anytime and get one for at the most 15% over invoice. There is still a little wiggle room at that point, but it's a good reference point. I put this together for a buddy who was out shopping last weekend.

Curious, how did you get this list? I know there's some info online about what Harley dealers truly pay for their bikes. But I can't find the info, would love to find out what are the Road Glides specials and regular glides are going for... 2017 model that is~

24 k is MSRP, add on set up and shipping it gets to over 25K. Book on my bike for trade is 8500-9000. The deal I am offered is my bike plus 13K for theirs. That includes a Klock Werks shield. So basically, I am paying just under 22K

Considering you used the original quote I would have thought you would know it's a Road Glide Special he is buying. There is a difference in price on a standard vs special. Also the prices go up every year. I also used to be able to buy gas for under a dollar

Ok..... I pick her up Saturday! Ended up getting docking hardware installed in the deal as well. Thanks to all for input. Pics to follow. Ride safe this weekend!
Congrats, you won't regret it. Best scoot that Harley has produced IMHO. You'll be grinning from ear to ear when you pick it up and ride her home. Enjoy.
