As an E TN resident that has been here most of my life I think you'd
be hard pressed to not find good riding in this part of the country .
Come on down you won't regret it .

Middle Tenn offers a lot of amazing riding that the world doesn't know about hince much less traffic!!!! Same here in West Tenn but unfortunately our road have really been neglected as far as maintenance for the past two decades.

No brainer, go on the bikes if you can. Take a full week off, your going to need it. We did a week road trip last year, Nashville, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon forge, Corvette museum in Kentucky. Town of Franklin is very nice, you have to stop at Five daughters bakery and get the 100 layer donuts. Its the South how can you go wrong.

Tennessee has some beautiful country to ride and visit. Was just down there a few weeks ago.
