Here is a picture of the stock FLH two piece bars on my 1970. Find an original pair and you can get rid of the ugly external throttle cable, go back to internal cable with a spiral, much cleaner look. Stock bars are pretty easy to find at the swaps.

They make short risers that fit under the top cover covering the 2 piece clamp 1978 ?? and on it was stock
go on v twin manufacturing as a guest and put this number in its a dresser bar 25-0401 late model
the 2 piece copy to the factory bar is 1960 to 1978 — 25-0663 that’s a bolt in that uses a snap throttle like you have and the switches your using its not correct stock but its what you have
That bar appears to be much the same configuration as what is currently on the bike. Looking to get away from my wrists being turned inwards. I want them more pointed down and further forward. As far as the risers go, if I can accomplish this without replacing what is already there it seems I win on two fronts...nothing else to purchase and no need to disassemble anything else.
