I wrap up all of my stock parts and store them in boxes. - stock wheels I store in large yard bags. ebay is your best bet if you want to sell stock parts but they don't go for much (the ones that actually sell, that is). Reason I keep my stock parts is if I ever do sell the bike, I like to sell it with everything together.

Thanks EagleRay. Yep, if you look close at the gap between the fender and the tire the Metzler looks wider, fills out the fender more. Maybe next tire change, I am only getting about 5K miles out of the stock Dunlop so I will need a new tire this season for sure. Thanks again.

suggestion- getting rid of the stock dunlops both front and back will be one of the best things you ever do to the bike. Get a 120/70 size up front, bike will handle and turn in much better. the stock 3.5" wheel is actually sized for a 120/70. I believe only the stock HD dunlop is made in the oddball 130/60/21 size. others here will chime in on this I'm sure-

LA Dog,

So you're saying I should get a 120 70-23?? I cant find that anywhere online? Other than a VEE rubber VRM-302?? Not the best reviews from what I can find...

Yes it has....much easier to lean into curves and much smoother too. Especially combined with the same make 120/70 front tire. And eventually the wear pattern is much more evenly spread over the tire width than before.
