Here's rider's view of 4" rise/2.5" pull back from Harley. Got them used here for a great price. Made reach perfect for me. Had to adjust brake line a little to keep it off tank at full right turn - otherwise no change to wires/lines.

I drove the bike today about 100 miles. Experimented quite a bit with comfort, reach, etc.
I think another inch or two would still be nice. Those 4 x 2.5 risers might be perfect. I haven't looked into reach bars, but that might be an option as well.
In the meantime, I have decided my windshield isn't good enough. Lots of buffeting as the air doesn't go over my head. That might come first.
