One of the advantages of having a small lathe/mill combo setup here, stuff like this is just a matter finding materials. Makes the custom fit jobs so much easier. Made one like 98hotrod's out of a worn out chain sprocket I had.
I would love to have some of the machines you guys have, I love fabricating because eventually it all becomes a work of art.... You know something you can be proud of no matter how shitty it looks... Lol ...
Try Mid USA and Jireh Cycles for all that stuff, been using both since the 80's, same goods the bigger drop ship names like JP hustle but a lot cheaper.
Get me the ID dimensions on the engine sprocket spacer the and the rear. I probably have them. Got a hoard of that stuff.
Bolts you can get from an industrial supplier like Graingers or Fastenal, but have to ask these going into a spoked or mag wheel ? You may want to skip the allens and go grade 8.
Just my 2cents. Grade 8 bolts in certain applications are strong but can be brittle when side loads are placed on them. Grade 5 have a little more flex and have worked better in situations where a side load was involved. I've had all 5 sheer off on a torque monster I put together using 8s and take the same hub after drilling out the 8s, use 5 grade, same sprocket same hub and still on the road 10 years later.
