Actually it is a 140/85/16.
M=motorcycle tire, U=140, 85 is a percentage of tread width that gives the sidewall height, B= belted, and 16=wheel diameter.

There is plenty. I have a 150 on my bike with shotgunshock on the back. Doesn't rub all the way down to all the way up.

They're claiming you can go with a 18x4.25 rear wheel with a 160/60-18 tire WITHOUT MODIFICATIONS on a Slim.
And FWIW, I haven't yet heard of anyone doing this... while tons of people have dropped a 150 onto the stock rim without issues.

That tire would not raise your bike at all. 18 is referring to the wheel diameter. When reading tire sizes, the first number is the tread width in millimeters, the second is the height of the sidewall and the third is the wheel diameter.
