Actually it is a 140/85/16.
M=motorcycle tire, U=140, 85 is a percentage of tread width that gives the sidewall height, B= belted, and 16=wheel diameter.

A 150 will fit fine. A 160 may as well, but I have not seen anyone post that size yet on the forum.

There is plenty. I have a 150 on my bike with shotgunshock on the back. Doesn't rub all the way down to all the way up.

Here's where I saw the info on the 160, with a new wheel:

http://hdwheels.com/Product.htm
They're claiming you can go with a 18x4.25 rear wheel with a 160/60-18 tire WITHOUT MODIFICATIONS on a Slim.
And FWIW, I haven't yet heard of anyone doing this... while tons of people have dropped a 150 onto the stock rim without issues.

160/60/18? That would be a 18" vs 16". Wow, I'm 6'5" and would love to raise the seat height. But if that worked what about the 130x16 front ?

That tire would not raise your bike at all. 18 is referring to the wheel diameter. When reading tire sizes, the first number is the tread width in millimeters, the second is the height of the sidewall and the third is the wheel diameter.
