the bike is stock just added stage 1 air cleaner thundermax tuner and drilled the baffles on stock mufflers and side gap plugs.it made 73.5 HP.92TQ.I would like to add cams and new pipes this winter, I just need to decide what will work the best.
Man with those numbers I guess we should close this thread haha!
Well here's my Dyno sheet.
I got a 2007 Deuce Stock TC96" (Stock Heads), SE 204 Cam, Big Radius 2/2 pipes, Spike A/C, TTS Mastertune.
Gene Thomason Racing tuned my baby, a TTS Master!, Got 100.1Tq and 83.7Hp
Not bad for bolting in a set of cams. Check the torque curve, hauls *** straight out the gate before it starts to drop off around 4000 rpm.
So if anyone wants to know what their 96" can do with the 204's this is it.
TC88 with SE 204 cams, Fueling lifters, S&S pushrods, Dynatek Ignition & SE 10mm leads (for looks), SE intake manifold, standard CV carby with a Dynojet Thunder slide kit, SE Pro Heavy Breather and V&H Short Shots.
Started out going to a friends shop, Fred @ PRO CYCLE DYNO to have the S&S 510 cam and the other mods listed installed and tuned, however found out it already had the SE cam and intake installed. Only purchased the bike 3 months ago with no info on mods done. Found the cam chains and tensioners were flogged out and tune was all over the place and still had std lifters and pushrods fitted (hmmm strange).
All running sweet now. The V&H Shorts shots are a pain to tune and are holding back 5-7 peak hp but the torque is awesome and where I want it so wont change pipes.
76 hp 88 torque
stage three, high comp pistons, .030 over size, EV27 cam, single fire ignition, thunder slide carb kit, pipes, recently rebuilt from bottom end-up.
