Just had my bike on the dyno today. I don't have access to a scanner right now, so I can't post the sheet.
2002 FXSTS 88ci
Roland Sands air cleaner
V&H short shots w\BCT baffles
SE 204 cams

torque: 92.36
HP: 75.21

The guy who did it said that if I swapped pipes I should be able to come pretty close to 80 HP and 100 TQ. I am not a fan of the way that the 2-1 looks, but he said that if I went to 2-2 with a larger diameter I would see a decent gain. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thumbs up 103, Red Shifts, Stk Heads, is 100 HP Next?

I've been tracking builds using the newerTC Heads (stock). With the Red Shift cams, stepped exhaust, and Fuelmoto map, I'm guessing if you don't make 100, you should be darned close! What's your compression ratio with the dished Wisecos, 9.5 to one? My flat-tops gave me 9.8 in one of my motors, I milled the heads and decked the Jugs on the other to get above 10 to 1 with NO pre-ignition problems on 91 pump gas (.550 lift cams, in 22/46, ex 52/20, Duration 248/252). I used a Fat Cat 2 : 1, Love it, Like my V&H duals with Python mufflers on theTrike too, man do they Bark!
Happy Wrenching!

V&H Big shots
Stage I intake with K&N filter

Dyno said 78 HP / 90 FT LB

pulls like a champ, plan for a 103" upgrade, cams (not selected yet), and maybe see about some flow work on the heads. Id like to get above 110!

Thumbs up The Magic 100/100

If you want 100+ Hp, just use the same components I did on the Springer in my signature. I think the TTS tuner is better, & the Kury 37mm intake w/ the hi-flow injectors made a huge difference. I like the Andrews TW55 cams really well, it pulls way past 6000 and is still street friendly. I had the porting done by Jon Sachs, valves are 1.9 and 1.625. On the net it's "Sachs Race Bike" (he actually designed the TW55 grind for Andrews, so the heads work well with the cams). I haven't had my trike on the Dyno yet, but the SE204 cams with the 1.725 to 1 rockers really pull hard to 5000 rpm (wheelies possible), and that was a fairly simple build (stock heads w/ springs). Use SE's beehive springs to be on the safe side if you start adding lift above 0.500. A Fatcat 2 into 1 is a must IMHO. Much better than the duals on my trike. Good Luck!

Default My dyno sheet

I don't know if this worked or not but here is the dyno results.
HP is 91.21 and tq is 84.12
I have a 95" kit with 10.25:1 pistons to install. I think the torque numbers will improve alot when I get around to doing the work.

My motor is broke in and taking a trip tomorrow with the bike on vacation and leaving it at Cycle-Rama to get tuned. Here is what I have so far, I'll post up the numbers when its tuned
2005 NightTrain
95"
SE high comp. forged pistons
Cycle Rama heads
CR 575 cams
Gear Drive
45 Mikuni with ported intake
Daytona Twin Tec. ign.
D&D Fatcat

Called me today and told me the bike was ready, he told me it was 102 hp and 107tq. I'll post the dyno sheet in the next few days after I pick the bike up and make the trip back up to N GA
