TQ: 91.20

Bike runs MUCH smoother. Pulls like hell in 6th gear at 85 MPH. Decel pop eliminated.
Those seem like really good numbers to me. My '07 NT should have basically the same set up and I'm about 10 lower on both numbers.

HDsoftailrider, does your sheet say "Standard Smoothing"? Skykeeper, does yours say "SAE Smoothing"? If so, that would account for a lot of the difference.

Could be a "Happy Dyno." I'm not terribly savvy regarding the process. Here's the dyno sheet...

Well, dealer took it back 2 weeks ago for a "tweak"
still decell POP, and now 6th gear at 70 mph feels like its lugging...lots of vibration but not normal vibration...slower than "normal"

What exactly is "smoothing" and what is the difference between std and sae? Maybe a dumb question but just curios. My dyno sheet says CF:SAE Smoothing:5

Smoothing is a way to account for the differences in air pressure, humidity and temperature because they all affect the numbers, its a way to make the numbers more comparable.

SAE smoothing is considered a bit more sophisticated and accurate than STD smoothing. STD smoothing yields higher numbers but is considered a bit misleading because most people dont know the difference and many tuners will use STD smoothing knowing their customers will be happier with the higher number.
