Default Seat Options for Tall Riders

I'm 6'5" tall and need to set back more on my 08 Fat Boy to allow my legs to streach out. I have seen the "Tall Boy Seat" from HD. Does any one have any experience with this seat? I saw where it is supposed to set back 2" and up 3". I'm not sure if I want to set up an additional 3". Are there any other seat options?
thanks

I have seen several bikes on here were they have put seats on there bikes to put them back. I'm 6'1 and have the same delema with streching my legs out. Look at a Mustang vintage solo seat, It looks allot like the stock Fatboy seat, yet it's allot more comfortable in the long run. I have a highwaybar with pegs which help too for me to strech out. Seat wise I would say to look at a Lepera Siloette seat, it's a low profile seat, will sit you back and down on the bike.

I'm 6'6" riding a 07 FatBoy. What I did was first got floorboard extensions, which moved them forward about 2", then bought a C&C seat which moves me down and back. The TallBoy seat is about as ugly on a bike as they come. I tried one on my bike at a dealer and it came off immediately. I want to feel like I'm sitting in the bike not on top of it. A few of the aftermarket seat companies make their seats so that they sit you down and back. Check out ccseats.com. I have a Solo and a Sport Tour (which I'm selling)

Thanks for the ideas. I removed the floor boards and installed forward control kit with pegs. It helped a little, but not enough.

i'm in the same delimma with my 06 softail standard....i'm also 6'1" and need to find a seat that will move me down and back....seems like harley designed these things for the "verically impaired"

i'm gonna try a night train seat, and see if that helps

Looks like a good seat, yet can you ride it more than fifty miles without getting a case of sore ***??

Yes, I ride all day with relative comfort. I suppose my *** might hurt some after sitting on the couch for 12 hours also. Its the most comfortable seat i have found.

Default 2011 softail standard

Hey guys after a lot of research and trying different things
6’8 tall 36” inseam
I purchased a second hand maverick daddy long legs (Le Pera)
had 1” more removed from the back of the saddle that with the 3” forward control extension kit my softail fits like a glove
FYI also have 14” ape hangers which is comfy as and I can ride all day hope this helps u guys over 6’2
