i still need to find some lights that will plug into the wiring
There are so many different ones on the market now. From Really cheap junk to not cheap at all.
It depends on the look you are going for. If you are looking for the space age look, JW Speaker makes them for HD. Check out JW Speaker web site, see if there is something you like, then look for them on eBay and Amazon.
Truck Lite makes the more "normal" Led lights. My headlight is a Truck Lite and aux lights are HD that match head light.
Hi All, new to this forum. Just picked up a 2012 FB Lo used for a great price. I'm sure getting some great ideas how or what I need to purchase to make it fit me better by looking at all your bikes here.
Last weekend I installed my Shotgun Shock, Put new Michelin Commander 2's front and rear and replaced my rear taillight with the blacked out Custom Dynamics LED.
Not really sure if I like the black headlight trim ring or the chrome better.
I think you should keep the Chrome one on your bike as it goes with your look and sell me your Black powdercoated one for my FB as mine is all Blacked out.
Well I contacted Mean City today about doing some mods on my seat. They said they can't move me up and back or back at all. Suggested I look at a stock Fatboy seat. Not sure what to do. I'm looking for more comfort on a seat and was hoping to get rid of some of the cramped feeling. I rode about 500 miles last year on a trip. Could never do that on the stock lo seat again.
So I'm thinking I just deal with the riding position and get a more comfortable seat (most aftermarkets push you forward with more cushion from what I've read). I've also considered the hideous looking HD tallboy seat. Any thoughts? Yeah I've read about every seat thread and post on this forum. Also I'm about 6'3 and 215lbs 36 inch inseam
I really wish I could justify having my Lo AND a touring bike in the stable!!
I'm surprised MCC couldn't help you out. They redid my Badlander seat to get me down and back and I can sit on it for a full tank without any issues. I have an Ultimate, but its a two up seat. Great product.
