Very nice looking job. Looks very neat and clean on the cut from what I can see.

Thanks elder and uk, both of your windshields look great, as do your bikes! They did a nice job with the cutting and finishing. I'm seriously considering doing the same on mine, cutting the 21" to 19" or so.

Thanks for the compliments. I am very happy with the outcome of my shield.
I love the bike as well!

uklauren, that's the shortest I've seen, but I really like it! I'm going to cut my own and I was concerned about how it would look going kind of short, but it looks great. Thanks for the pics!

It's much less windy today here and I got my bike to 60mph (in a 45 zone just to test the windshield of course officer) and did not feel any buffeting. So I think I really like it shorter and I love being able to see without the darned edge right on the horizon. I have a visor on my 3/4 helmet and I wear riding glasses so now I'm not having to look through 3 pieces of plastic, but it feels fine riding with just the glasses and lifting the visor up.
