..can't imagine what purpose would be served by hiding a fob on the bike - kinda defeats the purpose, no?
iv seen people do this b4 , lazy or just dont want to lose it , lots of reasons why
i only say it may be hidden like he says because he has 2 keys and 1 fob

storage mode
transport mode
service mode
if u goto the dealer and ask they will show you how to do check for this
and u could probly even call them an ask them where u got it from
they will say it needs to be hooked up to a program , but iv seen them do this with the key and blinker button
this way u can make sure its not in service mode -
if service mode is off then ya know for sure theres a hidden fob
or something else nutty
I have looked from the outside of the bike and can't find it. I have had the saddlebags off and it is not in or under the seat. It is not around the battery as I have taken that apart also. The only place I haven,t looked is in the ft or rear lights. Maybe it is time to take them apart. To bad i don't have a magic fob finder.
