I got the idea to relocate my tag from all the cool pictures of Rockers on here and used some of the ideas. I got some metal with Zinc in it from Home Depot so it would bend easy along with some black paint. A tank badge and a hole plug from Harley and license plate bolts with an LED inside from Pep Boys. Here are the pictures from the process. Special thanks to this forum on ideas to plug the holes left behind.
Home Depots $12
Harley Dealer $32 (Badge Part #62265-04) Plug #761)
Pep Boys $15 (Product called Boltlitz)

Looks good! Way better than the stock setup...I replaced mine with the curved laydown kuryaken led one and it is great. Covered the 3 holes very nicely.

Be carefull. I did that same thing and that tab broke off the frame and caused severe damage to the pully
I didn't really thnk that would be an issue but I can always move it to the peg mount location if I just drill the mount hole a little bigger. Thanks for the concern guys; I haven't road tested it yet for the wind issue menioned. Hopefully its okay but I wouldnt mind moving it to peg location if that is a problem.
