Jimstang, will post photos when done and yes the new cables are only couple of inches longer as the original will go very tight on full lock.
Also, be sure to put something, like a piece of cardboard, between the crossover line and the rocker box cover before moving the tank. This will prevent the clamp on the fuel line from scratching the rocker box cover.

Coolness...yeah I just compared some pictures of the CVO bars compared to the stock drag style bars, and there definitely have more bend than I thought. Always learning!
Hope your install goes well.

Default Front Upper Brake Line Part Number required for CVO Handle Bars Conversion on FXSB

Guy's,

Hit a snag when I went to fit the new upper brake line to the new CVO handle bar conversion on my FXSB Breakout. The HD OEM Website states that you need part 45829-11 for this (increased length) fitment, however it turned out to be exactly the same length as the standard brake line (Part No. 41800217).

Has anybody out there done the same conversion and ran into this same problem?

I'm assuming you have ABS. If so, I would bet part number 45856-11 would fix the issue. That is the upper line from a Heritage Softail with ABS. They have taller bars stock.

Thanks 24v, yes I have ABS (UK), the current length of both the old and new brake pipes are 32" and I figured it needs to have another 4" added. I checked out your part number 45856-11 on partscanada website as they list the lengths and that comes in at 36 1/2", bang on!! Will be ordering that tomorrow, hopefully the dealer will take back the the other pipe especially with HD listing the wrong Bill of Materials for the conversion to the CVO bars

Will post some pictures once it is all done, but even now the the bars look great on the bike.

Wow... I just read all 185 pages...

Thanks for putting all this info in one spot...

I think I will be sourcing a Blackline dash as one of my next mods...

I have had a 2014 vivid black breakout for nearly a year now...

Have been quoted $550aus for the blackline dash conversion. Does this sounds right?

We pay about 1/2 of that for the parts here.

To me that sounds like a "good" deal.

Sounds nice.

Can you post a full pic of the Dyno printout. It just shows peak which doesn't really tell torque curve.

Also, do you have a pre install dyno sheet printed.

Dyno reading range so much from Dyno tk Dyno. Without the pre/post it's really hard to gauge increases.

Even if you don't have it the tuner may.

Looking forward to seeing what you have. 211 is an interesting choice, cool to see someone doing something different. How did you end up going with the 211. Even Andrews told me it would be a good fit for the 103

Are you planning future modes. Maintained stock conpression? Do you change out lifters?
