Comments: After Ryan got used to his 103hp motor (see below), he came to us and asked for more. We upgraded him to our latest innovative pistons and top-of-the-line head porting. Made a difference, congratulations Ryan!

Bike has a daytona twin tec ignition. It was assembled and tuned by me, 91 octane pump gas was used. It has 10.9 to 1 compression with a corrected compression ratio of 9.3 to 1. It has a rather extremely large intake valve in it. Still have factory rockers and lifters. Dyno pull was done in 4th gear. Bottom end is stock 1992 and has not been opened up. Still have some tuning to do, as you can see its still pulling at 7200/7300. Next tune up we will spin her up to 7500.

Here are my dyno results. My 48 has Sik "Berta" Pipes and SE A/C. Use a SERT to tune it on a dyno. It was done at Harley Davidson at Frederick, MD. I think they are good numbers for a Stage 1 upgrade. I am happy with it.

Here is a pic of the bike with the pipes and A/C:

I think those are very good numbers for a stage one 1200! My 1212 conversion is getting 83hp also. You must have gotten a great Dyno tune.

Here's mine;
2007 1200 Roadster with Hurricane flow, SEII slipons, PCV with map supplied by Fuelmoto.
It was a very hot day as you can see 33.47C (about 92F), dyno operator thinks he could have gotten 1-2 more HP if it was cooler.
Horsepower was 76.33 torque was 77.85

Finally got my bike back after having cams installed and dyno tuned. Bike is an 04 1200 with no other internal engine mods.
Modifications:
Hammer Performance Impact .560 cams
Patriot defender baffle fully open
Figure machine A/C ( looks like a heavy breather)
TC88A with Rico's "Hooligan" map
Dyno tune - stock cv carb ended up with 48/190 and just over 3 turns out.

Obviously these are "STD" numbers but same bike, same dyno, same operator.
Tuner was real impressed with these #s and actually recommended a mikuni, but this isn't a max effort build.

just got my 2013 48 dynoed today.... got pretty good numbers!

81.25 HP
78.30 TQ

Stock internals, PCV w/o O2 sensors, Exotic Choppers "fuelies", DK customs A/C, SE plug wires...
Still pops quite a bit on decel, dyno op said its because the pipes are really short and it will be close to impossible to get rid of all the popping.

Thunder Torque Inserts are designed to increase your low and mid range torque, and a side benefit is that many times they will reduce or eliminate decel pop.

Thumbs up 09 Nightster 2500 miles w/ Rineharts and Screaming Eagle Heavy Breather!

The main reason for the dyno was not for numbers but to get it running right. As you can see the A/F was all over the place and the dealership that I had taken it to previously (which I'll never take it to again) had the O2 sensors turned off in the stock MAP that they installed. I'm very happy w/ the numbers and the driveability is night and day compared to what it was. No surging on the highway, crisp throttle response and better gas mileage. I gained almost 20 miles per tank on the tune. That's how crappy she was running. I almost sold this bike w/ all the issues I've had w/ it since I bought her last year w/ 71 miles on the odometer. Now, I'm happy and I love riding her.
