just got my 2013 48 dynoed today.... got pretty good numbers!
81.25 HP
78.30 TQ
Stock internals, PCV w/o O2 sensors, Exotic Choppers "fuelies", DK customs A/C, SE plug wires...
Still pops quite a bit on decel, dyno op said its because the pipes are really short and it will be close to impossible to get rid of all the popping.
My dyno guy said the same thing about mine w/ the decel popping. It's not nearly as bad as it was before the tune though. Nice numbers by the way!
They have a dyno for a 1200C too:
2004 1200C Sportster owned by Scott Evans
HAMMER PERFORMANCE Bolt-on 1250 Kit with 30 Degree Reverse Dome Pistons
HAMMER PERFORMANCE Crush Head Porting Service
HAMMER PERFORMANCE Crush 600 Cams
Samson Caliber 2 into 1 exhaust
Mikuni HSR45 Carburetor on HAMMER Billet Intake Manifold
Daytona Twin-Tec TC88A Ignition
Comments: Scott was one of the first to receive our new 30 degree reverse dome pistons and also our billet intake manifold. This is a very strong pump gas street motor, congrats Scott!
Cool! That's my bike. I hope to get to the dyno again within the next week or so...
That was done at a shop I go to for getting my quads dynoed. Its the real deal. Good for a Sportster but the guy who runs the shop wasn't impressed, he has put Yamaha Banshee's together that make more hp to the wheels.

I was just kidding, I rode that bike last saturday. The dyno guy doesnt know shxt about power output of a sportster then. Not too many street sportys riding around with that kind of power. The yamaha banshee and sportster are apples and oranges. For the dyno guy to even compare them shows his lack of knowledge for the performance world of sportys. jsut sayin
