I had a lot of mods done for my 2013 XL883N to make it a stage 3 1200cc conversion.
Here is the list:
Screamin’ Eagle Pro CNC Ported Factory Cylinder Heads - Sportster (PN 16500074)
Screamin’ Eagle Pro Sportster High-Output Cam Kit (PN 25740-05)
Screamin’ Eagle Pro XL1200 Forged High-Compression Piston Kit (PN 22711-04A)
Screamin’ Eagle Pro Perfect Fit Pushrods (PN 18424-06)
Screamin’ Eagle Performance Exhaust Gasket Kit (PN 17049-08)
Screamin’ Eagle Pro Super Tuner (PN 32109-08C)
Roland Sands Design Nostalgia Venturi Air Cleaner (Black Ops, PN 1010-1194)
Screamin' Eagle Jet Black Buckshot Exhaust Shield Kit (PN 64924-09)
Screamin' Eagle Street Performance Sportster Jet Black Shorty Dual Mufflers (PN 80726-09A)
Screamin' Eagle Performance Clutch Kit (PN 38002-04)

Here are the results: (Max Power = 86 hp, Max Torque = 75 ft-lbs)
(Red before the tune, blue after the tune. The stock clutch kept slipping on the runs, so I had the performance clutch kit installed... So worth it; it's a lot stiffer, but I feel the clutch pad grab so much more, every ounce of engine power is transferred to the rear wheel, the throttle so much more responsive):

This dyno tune was probably the worst experience I've recieved from the stealership... They had my bike since 9am on Friday and I didn't get it back until 7pm on Monday. AND they charged me TWICE because their computers didnt have record of me paying for it the first time.

anyways...
2014 Forty Eight with roughly 3kmiles on it.
V&H Short Shot slip-on's and an Arlen Ness Stage 1 Big Sucker.

The baseline dyno was including the Air Cleaner and the Shortshots before doing any tuning. (running stupid lean!) Luckily the dealership is only 2 miles away and honestly I didn't feel like paying $220 in labor for the slipons and air cleaner.

MAX HP: 79.62
Max Torque: 76.98

The butt dyno approves but still crave more power.

Default 2012 xl1200x

This is my stock 2012 XL1200X with Vance & Hines Big Radius Pipes and SE Heavy Breather air cleaner. Tuned with the SE race tuner it put out 76.66 Max Power and 77.64 Max Torque at 7200 ft. Elevation in Santa Fe NM. I am currently installing the Zipper's Hammer 88 ci kit and will post the Dyno results once it is complete. I cant wait to feel the new power!

What's the most power anyone's got from an Efi Sportster? Mine runs good but I want MORE. Looking for the biggest power anyone has and what it took to make it. Anyone?
