I had Drago true duals and the heat on my left thigh was too much in stop and go traffic. Now have the S&S Power Tune Duals and no more heat issues under my left thigh. Sound wise the Dragos were louder and sounded a little better. Power wise there is a tick more low end power with the S&S.
I run the Cobra power port head pipe and Freedom Performance 4.5 Combat slipons in all black. Love the whole set up!!!! I went with that head pipe because of they look like duels but have the cross over.
I had the Big Shot Duals too. I cut the header pipes down so I could install slipons. Running the Jackpot Pro Touring 4.5 Slipons - awesome sound, very unique, low rumble.
I have V&H Dresser Duals with CFR Cans. LOVE THE SOUND of this setup! To deal with any loss of back pressure, I added a set of Big City Thunder, Monster baffles. Tuned with a Powervision. Can't say enough about this setup. I have a buddy with a 2015 RGS with D&D Fatcats (2 into 1) and he can not leave me....Even from a start. Good luck with your choice.
Got the RH Classic duals installed last night. A bit of a pain the *** with the cans to header connection due the metal ridge that left from manufacturing. Fired up the grinder all is well.
THIS is the sound I've been searching for. The TRUE stereo and balanced exhaust is awesome!
Ive been following this thread.
Just a question.Ive been looking at the cobra true duals with out the pipe running under the bike.6251 Is the part number.Vance and hines calls theirs dresser duals. Is there a difference in performance between the two style.Full sac makes a conversion kit that interest me.Any thoughts?
