2014 FLHX MAP HELP (anyone been out of US)
I bought a 2014 Street Glide from an Army vet who rode his motorcycle in Germany and paid to have those maps installed. He was told when he gets backs to the states he can default it back to USA by downloading the info on Naviextras.com on USB and then onto the bike but it keeps getting an error.
ANyone have this issue and can you help me fix it? Heres the error

I tried 2 and go nowhere there is a ticket open and I have a warranty till May but I was hoping someone on the forum may know, the usb when I put it in with all the maps fails.
