We have our M8 bike on the dyno today for another round of testing. We're now using our production Jackpot M8 head pipe and are able to mount the wideband O2 sensors directly in the pipe as it features dual 12mm & 18mm bungs. Even the exhaust bungs are CNC'd from 304 stainless and tig welded by hand.
We've had quite a few inquires on the larger element we are using in our testing for the SE Heavy Breather. As many have noted the element on the 2017 M8 Heavy Breather is small and wedge shaped, it is considerably smaller than the element on 2016-earlier units. We have a direct replacement that flows 40% more, it also reduces the annoying hissing sound emitted by the SE element as well. Note: this element does not work with lowers. That's unfortunate because I really like the look of the new breather. Seems like a waste of money now though :/
We posted dyno charts for the Jackpot 2/1/2 on the 107" M8 bike earlier in this thread back in October, they can also be found on the Dyno Charts page on our website http://www.fuelmotousa.com/p-33193-dyno-charts.html
We are curently writing maps with the 2/1/2 with the Wood's cams, we are about finished with the WM8-777 and we be putting the 222 back in tomorrow or Thursday. We'll post dyno charts once we get finished up and everything sorted. After that we will be working on our big bore kit and cylinder heads.
My M8 117 with just the MoCo factory 114/117 upgrade kit (hi comp pistons, HD valve springs, HD clutch spring, 498 cam) using the pro street tuner and Street Cannons had 106hp/116ft lbs. on the dyno but runs into the limiters. Is it reasonable to think with a headpipe and PV tune I could improve performance to 116+hp and 126+ftlbs?

Jamie, well done. Organized and labeled so it is super easy to review. I am going to spend money with Fuel Moto for sure. Impressed.
