Does the H-D App on the Boombox light up like it is "active" with your iPhone is near the bike?

No! The app not activate on Boom! box GTS! when I’m on the bike and connected thru Bluetooth or USB (I tried the both ways).

The H-D app stay gray or without light! I tried to open clicking on the app, but not happen.

Hmmmm.....that certainly means that the phone is not connecting. Mine is a 2016 but I put the GTS in it several years ago. Has yours EVER connected before? Do you get Apple Car Play when you plug in? I know for mine, and I think this is still true, do you have the WHIM installed? If you do, then this means you must have a wireless headset with a mic. I seem to recall that this all must be connected. I did get mine all squared away a few years ago and love it. Everything works awesome, music, GPS, phone calls in or out, text messaging, "Google" (I'm an Android guy) but when I started I had an IPhone so Siri worked as well, the HD Ride Planner. I did have some troubles at first, but I got it figured out. I now create my trips on the Desktop and just send the rides to the Boombox with my phone. Works really good.
