You may be able to make longer lines and still be able to use the kit, unless the chopped guard just sits in a way that wont allow the bracket to be mounted there.
Before I do, I'll wait until I receive it and see if it fits or not. I thought perhaps a response from them here is appropriate and then we'd all know, but if they don't respond I'll be able to answer the question for all of us in a week or so.

Small staff and they answer the phone. Very helpful. I’ve called them a few times over shocks, and other things. I’m running that filter relo kit.
Mounted on a 2024 police Road King. Standard engine guard.
Frame downtube for mine as well. Oil starvation after oil change doesn't happen. I fill the filter most the way to the top before installing, and since it's mostly vertical, no problem .As soon as the engine fires, oil light goes out, even before the other idiot lights go out. Got the remote from DK, and I use a polished aluminum cleanable filter. that filters as well as a stock filter. All in all, pretty damn slick set-up AND, it DOES help the oil temps, around 15 degrees cooler. If I recall correctly. I do know the engine seems a lot happier riding in the summer heat.
Glad I found this thread... Have had a relocation kit on the Dyna for 7 yrs or so? Love it! Bought my pig and I called DK and was told this kit doesn't exist for the RK?
So person I spoke with was clueless..
But this will be going on pig soon.. Oil changes are less messy
While installing this oil filter relocation kit I had to remove my chopped crash bars in order for it to work
I want to order a different set of crash bars, but want something that looks good and will not interfere with the oil filter.
I don't want the standard Harley crash bars, and was hoping for some suggestions. It's for a 23 street glide.

It's a tight fit, but it works just fine with the chopped engine guard.
I am going to have to do this, now that I can see that it is possible with the chopped guard. I am sick of removing the True Track every single time to change the filter.
I have read a couple of posts where folks reporting that friction has caused the wear through of the hoses? I gather this is associated with improper routing of the hoses associated with the under passenger floorboard location?
