Take a look at Rockform. I have used mine for several years. You will need to get the case specific to your phone for best results but it is really sturdy.

Look at Tackform. Best out there. If you do a search here, you'll find scores of posts with many options.

If you like a fairing mount, this phone mount by Ciro 3D places the phone front and center on your batwing.

I've used both the X grip and Ciro with good results. I think on my 2010 I liked the X grip because it used the same ball mount that my Garmin GPS did. I can't always rely on cell service and the Garmin was waterproof, so I liked having it as a backup. I got a Ciro for my 23 Ultra Limited when I bought the bike and used it a time or two but wound up just getting the Motorola wireless AA puck and leave the phone in my tour pak. It has a charging port there if I want to plug it in.

As far as charging on pre-Rushmore glides goes there is a switched 12v lead on the headlight harness that is unused in the US. A lot of us have bought 12v USB chargers and plugged them into that port and just ran the USB charging cable of our choice up the handlebar so we didn't have to fool with plugging stuff into the cigarette lighter. I got one that had two USB plugs on it. I ran one USB A cable up the bar and taped it off in case I ever needed it in an emergency and plugged in a USB C cable to charge my phone into the other port so I could plug it straight into my phone and allow it to charge.

I think something like this Car 12V to DC 5V Hard Wired Dual USB Output Power Adapter Charger was what I wound up using on my 2010 Ultra Classic. I just secured all the guts and USB connections inside the fairing and ran the two USB cords I wanted up the handle bars. Worked well for years until I traded the bike. I think the built in USB cords were long enough to where I could run one up the handlebar for future needs and I plugged in a short USB C cable into the other and secured that junction in the fairing with the unit.

I use the quad lock and it's great. Easy to operate.
