one of the features the zumo has is the price!! i know the 200w is not water proof. therfore care would have to be taken. what kind of bike features does it have?
This is from Garmin's site. If the features aren't important to you, then don't spend the extra money. I'm sure the 200W will navigate just fine.

If this thing is plugged into the aux port on an ultra radio, will it pipe cell phone comms thru the HD headset. In other words, if my cell is blue tooth will the 550bypass the need for a blue tooth headset?
The 550 is a no brainer if you want nav in your car too and if you don't have xm and want it. I am going to get the 450 because I already have factory nav with bluetooth and the xm in the car. I also have xm through my sony radio in the bike. I would get a 550 if I didn't have the nav in the car.

No. You will hear the incoming call, but won't be able to talk. So no 2-way comm.
