dead battery what the f**(HELP)

Default dead battery what the f**(HELP)
so i take off to go to my biddies it about 15 minutes across town. bike has been on the charger for a couple days and started fine. so i get there and hang for about 10 then go out and dead f'in battery. whats up any ideals any hting will help even if you think its dumb i need some ideals

Check the tightness of the battery cables and the ground connection.

cables are tight, the battery is the stock one from 04 i checked for pinched wires couldnt find any it all looked good under the seat

Bike batteries just don't last like car and truck batteries. 2004, it's probably time for a new one. I bet it has a bad cell.

any way to test it?? wheres the best place to get a new one(not the stealer my local one blows)

Try your local auto parts store.....Napa got one for me overnight...reasonably priced too

Same here. After 3 days on the Tender, Almost didn't start. I went for broke and got a Drag Specialties (385cca) But I Need the crankin power!
Lead has caused the price of batteries to climb. Why not, Everything else is going up! [:@]

RIP batttery, good knowing ya. You probably go more than most out of theirs. And you can run around town trying to save $10 on a battery also.

Go to the dealer, you know he'll have one and it set you back about $100.
