Makes your eyes water at the thought of those numbers. I imagine women and children ran for cover when it fired up!

That's more than 10rwhp more than their website claims which is still extremely high. Normally aspirated, pushrod, 2 valves per cylinder, how high were you revving that? 8 grand?

You can't even get a full bolt-on, dyno tuned LS7 to produce that power ratio. Sounds like a generous dyno to me.

I'd sure like to see that dyno sheet. know Dan Baisley doeas some serious head work, I would think that that build would have more trq than HP, what pipe were you running?

Default 103" dyno

Hey guys,

My first post on the forum... bare with me

2008 FLHTP - 103" motor with about 13K when below mods were added:
Stage I intake
SERT tune
2-1 V&H Pro-Pipe HO (black pipe)

Stock (had 3" Rinehart slip-ons, nothing else): 69.57hp & 84.24tq
After above intake, tune & pipe: 78.42hp & 90.80tq

Peak tq 3K thru 4.5K (at @ 2.2K 78tq & @ 3K 89tq)
Peak hp around 5K

pulls hard, strong and long after the V&H pipe - I highly recommend it. The only downfall is the ceramic coating doesn't match the engine casing... I'm going to add heat shields also because it ROASTS your legs.

next will be cams... maybe more

07 FLHTCU, 107ci, Woods 777 cams, Jet 51mm TB, 4.89 Injectors, K&N R3910 Air Cleaner, Ported heads 1.900" In Valve 1.625" Ex Valve

The Blue line is a baseline I had done last year, 96ci, SE Air Cleaner, SE255 cams, stock TB & Injectors, Stock heads
09 stock header, SE take off 09 mufflers.

The Light Red is after 107ci build and after my VTuning and Dataruns.

The Dark red is after Dave at Colonial HD finished dyno tuning, he tells me the spark advance is conservative. I'll revisit this summer after it heats up and see how much we may have left on the dyno.

107hp 115ft-lbs

Yes I ran 112 in the tank and had burns stainless custom exhaust I had a set of one off heads at the time I had Dan raise my intake runners and lower my exhaust runners and change plug and valve angles I had more money in the heads than you can buy a 1200 sportster for and Duuce I was within 3 to 4 JP and tq and 5 to 6 different dyno's it was on for dyno shoot outs it was a very fun bike but way over kill!! A bagger only needs to be around 115
