First off, your scoot is sick! Diggin' that look. Second, going by your signature and your dyno result, somebody left some performance on the table somewhere. Your hp # should be in the neighborhood of the tq # and the tq# should be upwards of 105 ft lb. How was your scoot tuned? I'm just thinking that if you were getting all you could get from your current set-up, you may not be looking at 107" quite so hard. A well tuned, well built 107" should come in a bit over the 100 hp mark and upwards of 115 ft lb of torque. I'm not sure that would be enough of a bump to make you go WOW! Just trying to dish out some food for thought.
... thanks for the compliment. I am thinking an SE rear fender will be the last cosmetic mod ... just enough custom without being over the top.
The bike was dyno tuned by the dealer that installed the Stage 1 kit (P/N 92500003) for the previous owner at 230 miles ... not even broken in yet. The bike came with two curves ... 82/92 & 83/94. I too feel it is a bit on the light side, but it is on par with the SE catalog curve and most others. I think that is where the dealer stopped tuning. You are right though, there are some pulling numbers like you mentioned with similar mods and a re-tune may get her there.
For me, though, a $400 tune and another 5-10 hp/ft-lbs wouldn't be close to where I want to be. I would rather put that money toward a tune after the 107" bump with heads, cams, polished TB and pulley swap. I am hoping 115/120, but we will see and I will have to be happy with whatever the combo makes ... it is a one time build so says the wife. When I was searching for a 'Glide, the 107" build was the plan all along, but I appreciate your thoughts.
My '01 Roadking was dynoed at 66.71hp and 76.93tq stock with an ArlenNess big sucker, I cut out and plugged the y pipe, running the lifeliner mufflers.
After putting in andrews 26 cams and jetting the carb, Im at 73.17hp and 87.07 tq.
I'd put my sheets on here but my scanner ain't workin, don't know of anyother way to do it.
In my sig pic you can see a little of the Ultra in the back-ground.
Here is the low down on what all I have in both motors, just a little less compression in trike.
108ci
1) Crank welded, trued, and balanced by Dark Horse
2) Timken bearings in bottom end
3) Weisco pistons balanced -0.002" squish
4) Smith Bro chrome molly push rods set for 0.160" preload
5) Woods 7H cams
6) Woods lifters
7) Hyper-Performance Stage 4 heads (CNC ported, Manley springs, high flow valve grind, premium guides, keepers and springs. Shaved to 10.8/1 comp with R & R manual comp releases
8) Roller rockers with corrected geometry arms ( R & R work)
9) Zippers High flow intake and filter
10)V & H 2 into 1 pro pipe
11) TTS Master-tune fuel system
Dyno showed 111 hp and 116 ft lbs after 4 hrs of TTS tuning.
A little scarey when front wheel of a 1000lb bike will lift off the ground in a hard 2nd or 3rd shift
Trike is exact same build except 10.2 / 1 comp with -0.005" squish and only 98 ci. It makes 104hp with 111ft lbs. ( needs wheelie bars--BAD)

I was curious about how she would do on the dyno so I had them run her to see where I was after my mods. She came in just under 100hp. Dangit! I wanted her in the 100/100 club. She's close though. 99hp/118tq.
Here's what I'm running
SE Heavy Breather
V&H Power Duals
V&H Monster Rounds
T-Man 555 Torqster cams
Powervision
Also I've attached a copy of the dyno sheet. Let me know what you think. Thanks!
