10.5 and no pinging I had V&H true dual big shots and it only made 76hp and 92 tq. Switching to the 2-1 really helped.

Don't know where you all get you numbers from.?

I have an 05 Ultra

SE Performance heads with compression releases.
1550 Barrels.

1550 S & S flat top pistons.

SE 204 cams

Adjustable pushrods

Power commander 111.

V & H Tru-duels with SE muffler

Had it mapped & Dynoed yesterday.

59.67 bhp & 83.13 torque.

Where did I go wrong?

I have virtually the same build as you.The only difference is the pipes (V/H Longshots)
I made 89.3 HP !02TQ

How did you get an 07 with a 88ci. Didn't the 07's come with 96"? Or am I misreading something?

Tell 'ya what, I'd be happy if they end up tuning my bike with my existing mods (similar to yours) and I can make that!!! All I'm missing are the 'dualies', but otherwise, my mods are very similar in form to yours; I was hoping for 75/75, but you truly give me something to aspire to!
