There is a set of stock type bars that I believe bring the grips back about 2". I have them on mine. Took all the pain out of my back. Sorry, but don't have a part #. I had them ordered through my buddy, because he has the same bars.
dont quite get ya im 5'6" every thing is stock with a badlander seat and it fits me like a glove except i could use about a half inch more sole in my boots!

Me too. Like Mike I'm 5'6" and fit the Ultra no problem (longer arms maybe). I could also use a few extra inches in the inseam, but all those inches went to other areas. [sm=lildevil.gif]
another "cabage patch guy here" 5'6" and short arms - I did ok with the stock bars, went with the Wild1's and for the past two years I have loved them. Now, I am in the process of gathering the parts to do a change to a Roadglide - summer project - also using wild'1 bars. give them a look
I see you are from {Vallejo, Calif } if you are in the Turlock/Modesto area you can try my bike out - Also, since you are in the Nothern Ca area - I would suggest a {ride in appoitment} at Corbin - Have them build a seat for you while you wait - it will make all the difference as far as "Seat" goes and help to hold you in the best position for what ever bars you use. I did the ride in appoitment for the past three bikes and it not only helps my position - the wife gets her area custom made (bike seat that is, lol)
Ok, I'm 6'1" but have short arms and legs for my height. I have the "reach bars" HD part# 55914-98, they bring the controls 2" closer to you and up just a tad. I put them on my 05 EG and now on the UC. They made a BIG difference in comfort. I also have a Road Zepplin seat which moves me forward about 1", but with the stock seat on the 05 EG the position was great. Hope this helps.

What did the Road Zepplin do for your seat height and thigh room? I'm 5'10" and don't have a problem flat-footing with the stock seat, but it seems to be too wide for me in the front. I think I'd be a lot more comfortable with a narrower thigh area. I've been looking at a more comfy seat but I don't want to be any higher than stock and I'd also like to have the nose of the seat narrower.
