Can you simply adjust with a hand held pump like the stock shcoks? I know the stockers adjust load not height but sounds like the same process.
You would be pumping for hours with the HD shock pump. It does take quite a bit to get them inflated. On the other hand, you could always ride to a gas station or use a home air compressor. But that defeats the purpose of doing this mod.
you could easily hook the shocks straight up to the stock fitting since they both use 1/8" line but that would be a lot of work to get it tuned where you want it IMO..
I'm going to get started on a shock change for a winter project and have a couple more questions.
What color Monroe shocks have everyone bought? The Monroe site and the local auto parts stores where I am only have them in white. The Gabriel shocks are sold in black, anyone have any good experience with the Gabriel Hijackers instead of the Monroe shocks?
Where do you buy the shocks where you get a lifetime warranty?

Coolerman, did they come with anything other than a 90-day warranty? Not that lifetime warranty is a big deal, the miles these are meant for on a Corvette would probably be about 30 years of normal riding a Harley.
