I bought a set of used Rush 15305's slipons off of ebay and i noticed when i got them they had 2 different diameter baffles. I could be wrong but shouldnt they be the same size? Looks like one of them is 1.75 and the other is 2.0 or is this for touring models because of the 2 different length pipes to offset the flow and make them even? As always thanks guys
Put the smaller one on the left side, for better performance. If you need need new baffle material to wrap the baffles they will send it to you for free.
Mine was stuck too. What you can do is spray some WD-40 around the edge of the baffle then take off the set nut and bolt. Now, you'll want to "drop" the muffler tip side down onto a piece of wood. Not hard enough to damage the tip but you want dislodge the baffle. I had to do this with mine and once the end of the baffle is out of the muffler tube you can grab the bar inside of the baffle and work it out the rest of the way.
Cut an old broomstick about 3 ft long, place the clamp end of the muff over the broomstick standing up right on the concrete, used the muffler like a slide hammer against the little cross bar in the baffle to knock it out. Not to hard or you can break the cross bar loose ( don't ask how I know)

Tried this. Bent the little cross bar a little. Even tried heating inside with propane torch. Didn't even budge. Was thinking of a few hour soak in solvent tank..
Just a little information i found out today from Ryan at Rush Racing Products, the different size baffles was only put out on 07-08 models with stock headpipes to help gain performance, he said everything else should have the same size baffles in both mufflers. He is great guy and answered every question i have asked and gave me alot of good information through this forum. He has even setup with my local HD dealer to do a special order to get a single baffle ordered through Rush and get my issue taking care of.
