My AFR shows 11 at idle and about 13 with RPMs up..... is that OK?

I have never looked at AFR's on the PV. I will monitor the VE's which are a relationship of what the fuel mixture is at a given load. Mostly use it to monitor idle mixture. You can get an idea of where on the map the VE and timing is if you are having an issue. You just need to look at the ve and timing and rpm to be able to look it up on the map for each cylinder. Best way is to use log tune. You have to use Excel to be able to analyze it and then make changes. Did a log tune on friends CVO and he had some pinging at around 3000 rpms in 6th gear. Had to reduce the timing in that area from 2 to 6 degrees. It had a updated timing map and was tad high in that area. Seems like the CVO's tend to ping in the cruise area. I suspect it is the 255 cams as they are very efficient around 3000 rpms and building lots of compression as that is peak torque area for them. Also had a 2010 Street Glide today with the FM 107 and level B heads and TW777 that was pinging around the 3000 area. Knocked the timing down from as high as 45° to high of 34 and everything was lovely. It also had 10.5 compression 2 in 1 exhaust. What a combination, sounds great and runs great. Didn't change the timing in the 100% area so he couldn't tell any difference in the way it pulled and cruised other than it didn't ping anymore.

I ran the Auto Tune this morning. After updating a couple maps, the AFR is reading right at 13.5 to 14.1 on average. Bike is running strong still. I have a lot to learn about this PV Auto Tune, it will do more tan I can do it justice. I like they way it tweaks the MAP, as long as you have a working one to start with. I am not sure how many times I should update the MAP?

You can update as long as needed. I told you the map was rich is why it was showing the 11 AFR's The 13.5 to 14.1 is near ideal. When it gets to were it only changes a few of the VE's by 2 or 3 that would be enough. It also will update areas that haven't previously had enough hits for it to update. I believe you have the Autotune Pro setup don't you? Also when the weather changes for long period of time and winter formula gas hits I would do it again for kicks.
