Just ordered my shield from Tom.
The latest ones have two clamps about 4" inboard from the ends (instead of the 3 clamps the original run had) to avoid issues with placement of the center clamp on different bikes.
Also ... Tom indicated that the only clamps he has right now are SS with zinc plated screws, and he expects the clamps with SS screws to be in this week.
