Two, I am almost sure that when I do my 12's, the clutch and brake hoses will not be long enough unless I can figure out how to route them differently than one with the 10's. This is how we learn.
well done! i ordered 6 over clutch and brake for my 12" install...good work man...glad you figured it out.

A cold solder joint will cause that. I cut out my connector and soldered the wires without issue. No problems.

Having done four of these swaps I can tell you the TBW unit and wires need to be handled carefully. When feeding the wires, PUSH more than pull. I've damaged two of them pulling the wires through, leaving a real gritty feeling throttle. As for the Green connector, I just put 578s on my '14 Limited, slide a big hunk of shrink tube over the green plug before you connect it. Connect it securely, then heat the shrink tube to keep it in place. MUCH MUCH better than gluing anything and once again, for those guys offering advice that have PRE 14 models, it's best NOT TO CUT AND SPLICE anything involving those Canbus controls. My swap went without a hitch last week.
