Default Plug change

So at 20k I thought it prudent to put new plugs in..but was stunned at how good the plugs looked! They looked brand new! But..still put the new NGK's in...will carry these for spares.

Yep, plugs last much longer today than they did back in the carb/points ignition days.

I put a set in every spring after the winter gas with Seafoam has run through. It's total overkill, but they're like a whopping $5 a pair for the standard HD's.

I just changed mine a month ago and they looked damn good. I replaced them anyway and kept the old ones for spares/emergency............

Same here, mine looked great, put them right back in.
Today's systems burn very decent.

I just changed mine, maybe I changed them last year or....the year before? Anyway, the bike runs better.

Yep...gone are the days of old where you swap plugs every trip. EFI bikes and newer technology make things run more efficiently so no need to waste the ca$h.
