Tire delima!

OK I just bought the Shinko rear tire150/80 16 Question is the stock is a 140 x 80 16, Do you think this tire will fit I don’t want to go through all the hassle of shipping it back, if this tire will fit and be little tight? Thanks guys anything will help me on advice

Measure the width and see if it will fit.

The rim, the bike, what bike what year.

Did you not check the size before you purchased?

Fit or not, I wouldnt use it. Might change the handling, and even if its just a little bit why do it.

Can't help you with your question but 5mm closer to a drive belt on a Harley is a lot .

Interesting fact when I put the same size Michelin on my Harley as the original Dunlop's Harley branded tire, it was smaller looking and was in a way.

The Dunlop tire simple had a protruding ridge on the sidewall that stuck out to make it look wider.
